Shipping Policy

The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately.  For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages.  In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit.  In these instances, our notification to you that your order has ³shipped,² marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time.  All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.

Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of your purchase during normal business days.  Any request for cancellation after that time period will not be accepted.  The item will be shipped to you upon arrival in our warehouse.  Most items are sent to us from different warehouses nationwide and thus the reason for the 24 hour cancellation time limit.

We ship to all addresses and PO Boxes Worldwide. We also can ship to APOs and FPOs.

Standard shipping: All orders are processed for shipping at 4:00 am EST, M-F unless otherwise stated in the listing.  Most items ship from our warehouse within 5 business days.  Standard Shipping orders may be sent by any of the following methods:  USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Please allow 5-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery.

Express Shipping (2-3 Day Service):  When this service is selected all orders received before 1:00 pm EST, M-F will be processed and shipped upon arrival in our warehouse.  Furthermore, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Express.  If your order contains items that may only be shipped ground (i.e. nail polish, cologne, aerosol cans and any items classified as hazardous waste) you will be refunded the Express Shipping fee and your order will be sent to you via Ground.

Order Fulfillment Obligation:  We carefully pack and purchase a shipping label(s) addressed to the address that you provide.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or any damages incurred by the shipping carrier.

If your package is returned to us as “unknown” or “undeliverable” we will contact you to confirm an appropriate shipping address and you are responsible to pay the shipping fees to resend the item.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from ShopDollarD.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Return Policy

Most products may be returned for a refund within 20 days of the invoice date as long as they remain unopened and the manufacturer's original shrink-wrapping or seals have not been altered.

Exchanges

Defective items or products that are "dead on arrival" (DOA) are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and may be exchanged with prior approval by the manufacturer. We cannot accept packages for return or exchange if they are not complete or not in their original manufacturer's packaging.

Damaged Shipments

If customer receives a shipping carton that shows obvious damage and was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as UPS, USPS, etc., then customer should refuse the shipment and email us immediately. If upon opening a carton concealed damage is discovered, contact us right away to arrange for an inspection.

Product Compatibility

ShopDollarD.com is not responsible for product compatibility problems. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Non Returnable Products

Due to the intimate nature of Ardyss Shapewear, all sales are final.  For assistance determining your correct size, please contact customer service at 757.826.8200. This policy is strictily enforced and subject to change without notice.

NFL Jerseys, NBA Jerseys, MLB Jerseys, Food, Ardyss nutritional products, Ardyss beauty products, and Nutronix nutritional products are non-returnable.  Other items may also be non-returnable once purchased. These are either marked Non-Returnable on our website or we notify customer about such products by e-mail or phone.

Restocking Fees

Any product return not covered by ShopDollarD.com's Return Policy is considered as a "Return Exception" and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handing charge is not refundable.

Refused Packages

Any refused packages are subject 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handing charge is not refundable.

Return Procedure

To return a qualified unopened product, or to exchange a defective or "dead on arrival" product, the described procedure should be followed:

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ShopDollarD.com within 10 days of  receipt of the item by emailing us at shopdollard@gmail.com.
  • Once the return has been authorized, we will email customer the RMA number along with specific return instructions. The RMA number is valid for a period of 10 days. RMA number cannot be extended or re-issued.
  • RMA number will be sent along with an address to where the package must be returned. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.
  • Pack the item being returned within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage. We recommend to insure return shipment against loss or damage, and use a carrier such as UPS or USPS that can provide proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and any damages in transit.
  • Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces.
  • Refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Conditions

We will refuse to process return if product was received by the return address warehouse under the following conditions:

  • Product was received without a valid Rerturn Merchandise Authorization number.
  • Product was received later than 10 calendar days from the RMA date.
  • Product does not meet our expectations. For example, the product is not in resalable condition, or was claimed to be defective and is found to be non-defective.
  • Product is claimed to be unopened by the customer. Upon receipt a technician opens the package and discovers the product had been opened by the customer before it was returned.

In this case, the returned product will be denied a refund and shipped back at customer’s expense that will be charged to customer’s credit card. Return may also be subject to a $50 processing fee if ShopDollarD.com is assessed a $50 processing fee from original supplier.

If a product cannot be deemed resalable and is sent back to the customer and the customer refuses a returned product shipment, or returns the product a second time without ShopDollarD.com's prior authorization, the customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against ShopDollarD.com for credit charges related to such products.

Customer Credit Card Charges

If necessary, Customer authorizes ShopDollarD.com to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking or other charges in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
